ELIGIBILITY
Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product has a genuine manufacturing defect or damage.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
- Minor variations in colour, shape, or size, as all products are handcrafted and unique.
- Issues arising from incorrect addresses, failed deliveries, or refusal to accept the package
